Responsibilities
- Chairside assistance during complex dental procedures
- Manage patient flow and optimize clinical efficiency
- Perform digital X-rays and intraoral imaging
- Maintain strict sterilization protocols (OSHA compliance)
- Train new dental assistants on best practices
- Oversee inventory management and supply ordering
- Assist with treatment documentation and billing codes
Qualifications
- Active DANB/CDA certification required
- Minimum 3 years clinical experience
- Expertise in digital radiography and Eaglesoft software
- CPR/BLS certification (current)
- Strong knowledge of infection control protocols
- Exceptional communication and multitasking skills
- Ability to mentor junior team members
