Responsibilities
- Deliver direct patient care in ICU/ER units with precision and compassion
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop comprehensive care plans
- Administer medications and treatments per physician protocols
- Monitor and document patient vitals, responses, and critical changes
- Educate patients/families on health conditions and discharge planning
- Maintain strict HIPAA compliance and electronic health records
- Participate in rapid response and code blue activations
Qualifications
- Active RN license in California (compact license accepted)
- 2+ years recent ICU/ER experience required
- BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications mandatory
- BSN degree preferred (ADN with experience considered)
- Proven ability to adapt quickly to new environments
- Strong critical thinking and emergency response skills
- Flexibility for 12-hour shifts including weekends
