Responsibilities
- Chairside assistance during complex dental procedures including implants and orthodontics
- Execute digital radiography (X-rays) and intraoral imaging with precision
- Manage sterilization protocols and infection control per OSHA standards
- Oversee inventory management and supply ordering for 5-operatories
- Mentor junior assistants and implement new clinical workflows
- Coordinate patient education and post-operative care instructions
- Maintain accurate digital records in Eaglesoft software
Qualifications
- Certified Dental Assistant (CDA) or RDA required
- 3+ years clinical experience in general dentistry
- Advanced proficiency in radiography and dental software
- CPR/BLS certification (current)
- Strong knowledge of OSHA and HIPAA compliance
- Exceptional communication and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments
- Local Milwaukee area candidates preferred
