Responsibilities
- Perform advanced chairside assisting during complex procedures
- Manage digital radiography and intraoral imaging systems
- Implement OSHA protocols and sterilization procedures
- Train and mentor junior dental assistants
- Coordinate patient flow and treatment scheduling
- Assist with dental software documentation
- Prepare treatment rooms and instruments
Qualifications
- 3+ years of dental assisting experience
- Current RDA certification in California
- Advanced knowledge of dental instruments
- Experience with digital radiography systems
- CPR/BLS certification
- Strong communication and patient rapport skills
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of HIPAA compliance
