Responsibilities
- Chairside assistance during complex restorative and cosmetic procedures
- Digital radiography and intraoral imaging using Sirona systems
- Implementing OSHA-compliant sterilization protocols
- Managing patient flow and treatment coordination
- Training junior assistants on practice standards
- Inventory management and supply ordering
Qualifications
- Michigan Dental Assistant license required
- 2+ years experience in general dentistry
- CDA or EFDA certification preferred
- Proficiency in Eaglesoft/Dentrix software
- CPR/BLS certification
- Exceptional chairside manner and communication skills
