Responsibilities
- Chairside assistance during complex procedures including implants and orthodontics
- Manage digital radiography and imaging systems (Dexis, Schick)
- Perform sterilization protocols and OSHA compliance monitoring
- Train and mentor new dental assistants
- Coordinate patient flow and scheduling
- Manage inventory and supply ordering
- Assist with dental charting and electronic records (Epic, Dentrix)
Qualifications
- Current Washington Dental Assistant certification (DAEF or DALEF)
- Minimum 3 years clinical experience in general dentistry
- Proficiency in digital radiography and infection control
- BLS/CPR certification
- Strong knowledge of dental instruments and procedures
- Exceptional communication and patient rapport skills
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environment
- Experience with dental practice management software
