Responsibilities
- Chairside assistance during complex restorative and cosmetic procedures
- Perform advanced radiography techniques including panoramic and CBCT imaging
- Manage infection control protocols and sterilization systems
- Train and mentor junior dental assistants on best practices
- Coordinate patient flow and optimize clinical efficiency
- Assist with digital impressions and CAD/CAM workflows
- Maintain precise dental records and treatment documentation
Qualifications
- Current RDA license in California
- Minimum 3 years clinical dental assisting experience
- Advanced knowledge of dental materials and equipment
- Certification in nitrous oxide monitoring
- Experience with digital practice management software (Epic, Dentrix)
- Strong knowledge of OSHA and HIPAA compliance
- CPR/BLS certification
- Exceptional chairside communication skills
