Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain sterile surgical fields and equipment
- Assist surgeons during complex procedures with precision and expertise
- Manage surgical inventory and ensure optimal operating room efficiency
- Maintain strict compliance with OSHA and sterile processing protocols
- Train and mentor junior surgical technologists

Qualifications
- Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) credential required
