Responsibilities
- Prepare operating rooms with sterile equipment and supplies
- Assist surgeons during complex procedures with precision and efficiency
- Maintain sterile environments and enforce safety protocols
- Coordinate instrument/equipment inventory and sterilization processes
- Mentor junior surgical techs on advanced techniques
- Document surgical procedures accurately in electronic health records

Qualifications
- Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) credential required
- Minimum 5 years of OR experience in specialty surgical services
- Advanced certification in surgical technology preferred
- Proven expertise in orthopedic, neuro, or cardiovascular procedures
- BLS and ACLS certifications
- Demonstrated leadership and mentoring abilities
