Responsibilities
- Design Core Infrastructure: Architect and implement a scalable, high-availability system capable of handling petabyte-scale data for Project 2026.
- Lead Technical Strategy: Define the technical roadmap for systems that integrate AI, edge computing, and quantum readiness.
- Code Review & Mentorship: Lead a team of senior engineers, conducting rigorous code reviews and fostering a culture of technical excellence.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, security, and research teams to align technical solutions with business goals.
- Performance Optimization: Continuously monitor system health and optimize for latency, throughput, and cost-efficiency.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in Systems Architecture, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Technology Stack: Deep expertise in Python, Go, Kubernetes, and distributed systems.
- Future-Ready Skills: Experience with AI/ML infrastructure (TensorFlow/PyTorch) and an understanding of post-quantum cryptography standards.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving complex scalability challenges in high-stakes environments.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
