Qualifications
- Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; a Master’s degree or PhD is preferred.
- Experience: 7+ years of professional software engineering experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership or architectural role.
- Technical Mastery: Deep expertise in Python, Go, or Rust, with a strong understanding of distributed systems and cloud architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP).
