Responsibilities
- Perform clinical duties including vital signs, EKGs, and phlebotomy
- Prepare patients for examinations and assist providers during procedures
- Manage electronic health records (EHR) systems with precision
- Administer injections and medications under provider supervision
- Coordinate patient education materials and follow-up care
- Maintain sterile examination environments and inventory control
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for seamless patient care
Qualifications
- Current MA certification (CMA/RMA) or eligible for immediate certification
- Minimum 1 year clinical experience in ambulatory care setting
- BLS/CPR certification from American Heart Association
- Proficiency in EHR systems (Epic or NextGen preferred)
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environment
- High school diploma or equivalent with relevant training program
