Responsibilities
- Prepare patients for examinations and assist providers during clinical procedures
- Administer medications, injections, and perform venipuncture
- Maintain accurate electronic health records (EHR) documentation
- Sterilize equipment and maintain exam room inventory
- Schedule appointments and handle patient communications
- Conduct basic vital signs and point-of-care testing
Qualifications
- Graduate of accredited Medical Assistant program
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Minimum 1 year clinical experience preferred
- Proficiency in EHR systems (Epic experience a plus)
- Pennsylvania medical assistant certification required
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
