Responsibilities
- Perform routine vital signs, measurements, and patient assessments accurately.
- Assist providers during examinations and procedures, ensuring patient comfort and safety.
- Manage Electronic Health Records (EHR) with precision and strict confidentiality.
- Prepare treatment rooms, instruments, and medical supplies for patient visits.
- Handle patient intake, scheduling, and insurance verification efficiently.
- Administer medications and injections as directed by licensed providers.
- Maintain a clean, sanitized, and welcoming clinical environment.
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Medical Assistant program.
- Certification (CMA, RMA, NCMA) or equivalent experience is preferred.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology and anatomy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced healthcare setting.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and EHR software.
