Responsibilities
- Perform patient intake and vitals checks accurately and efficiently.
- Prepare patients for examinations and assist physicians during procedures.
- Administer injections, vaccinations, and medications as directed.
- Manage electronic medical records (EMR) and maintain patient confidentiality.
- Handle front desk duties including scheduling appointments and answering phones.
- Ensure a clean, sterile, and organized medical environment.
Qualifications
- Current Medical Assistant Certification (CMA, RMA, or NCMA) required.
- Active Arizona Medical Assistant License.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification from the American Heart Association.
- Strong computer skills and proficiency with EMR systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
