Responsibilities
- Perform patient intake, vitals, and prepare patients for examinations.
- Assist physicians and providers with clinical procedures.
- Administer injections, medications, and perform basic lab tests.
- Manage electronic health records (EHR) with 100% accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, sanitized, and organized exam room environment.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and staff members.
Qualifications
- Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) certification.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
- Strong computer proficiency and experience with EHR systems (Epic, AthenaHealth, etc.).
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift patients if necessary.
- Reliable transportation and a commitment to punctuality.
