Responsibilities
- Perform accurate patient vitals, medical history assessments, and physical examinations.
- Prepare patients for examinations and assist providers during clinical procedures.
- Maintain precise patient records and ensure full compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Administer medications, injections, and perform basic laboratory tests as directed.
- Coordinate patient schedules, handle front desk reception duties, and manage referrals.
- Ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for all patients and staff.
Qualifications
- Certification as a CMA, RMA, or MA (required).
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
- Strong communication skills with a patient-centric approach.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced clinical setting.
- Proficiency with Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems is a plus.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation may be required.
