Responsibilities
- Perform vital signs, EKGs, and point-of-care testing with precision
- Assist providers during examinations and minor procedures
- Manage patient flow, rooming, and documentation in EHR systems
- Administer injections and medications per provider protocols
- Prepare and sterilize equipment for clinical procedures
- Handle patient education materials and discharge instructions
- Maintain strict HIPAA compliance and infection control standards
Qualifications
- Active MA-C or CMA certification in Washington State
- Minimum 1 year clinical experience in outpatient setting
- Proficiency in EHR systems (Epic, NextGen preferred)
- BLS/CPR certification from AHA
- Exceptional patient communication and multitasking skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including occasional weekends
- Clear background check and negative TB screen
- Phlebotomy and venipuncture expertise
