Responsibilities
- Administer injections, medications, and treatments as prescribed
- Perform EKGs, phlebotomy, and basic lab procedures
- Prepare patients for examinations and assist providers during procedures
- Manage electronic health records (EHR) with precision and confidentiality
- Handle front desk duties including scheduling, billing, and insurance verification
- Maintain sterile exam rooms and inventory of medical supplies
- Provide patient education on treatment plans and preventive care
Qualifications
- Active MA certification (CMA, RMA, or equivalent)
- Minimum 1 year clinical experience in outpatient or urgent care
- BLS/CPR certification from recognized provider
- Proficiency in EHR systems (Epic, eClinicalWorks preferred)
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt quickly to diverse clinical environments
- Valid Pennsylvania driver's license and reliable transportation
