Responsibilities
- Provide virtual patient intake and triage via telehealth platforms
- Prepare and maintain electronic health records (EHR) with precision
- Coordinate patient scheduling and communication across departments
- Assist providers with clinical documentation and data entry
- Support remote patient monitoring programs and follow-ups
- Ensure HIPAA compliance in all digital communications
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for seamless care delivery
Qualifications
- Active Medical Assistant certification (CMA, RMA, or CCMA)
- Minimum 2 years clinical experience in healthcare setting
- Proficiency with EHR systems (Epic, Cerner preferred)
- Strong telehealth platform knowledge (Zoom Health, Doxy.me)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced virtual environment
- Valid California BLS certification
- Experience with remote patient monitoring devices
