Role Overview:

Responsibilities
- Greet patients and verify patient information to ensure accuracy and confidentiality.
- Record vital signs, medical history, and prepare patients for examinations.
- Assist providers during exams and procedures, including phlebotomy and EKGs.
- Manage patient flow in the front and back office to ensure efficient operations.
- Prepare and maintain examination rooms and medical equipment.
- Administer medications and vaccinations as directed by the provider.
- Process insurance claims and handle patient billing inquiries.
Qualifications
- Certification as a Medical Assistant (CMA, RMA, or equivalent) required.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a clinical setting preferred.
- Strong computer proficiency with Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Valid Colorado driver’s license and reliable transportation.
