Responsibilities
- Assist providers with patient examinations and procedures.
- Record vital signs and medical history accurately.
- Prepare examination rooms and sterilize medical equipment.
- Perform basic lab tests, such as blood draws and urinalysis.
- Manage patient intake, insurance verification, and documentation.
- Coordinate patient appointments and follow-up care.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required (Associate degree preferred).
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Willingness to learn medical terminology and EHR systems.
