Responsibilities
- Prepare patients for examinations and assist providers during procedures
- Administer injections, medications, and perform EKGs
- Manage patient records using EMR systems with precision
- Conduct vital sign assessments and basic lab tests
- Coordinate patient education on treatment plans
- Maintain sterile exam environments and inventory
- Handle insurance verification and billing documentation
Qualifications
- Active MA certification (CMA, RMA, or NCMA)
- Minimum 1 year clinical experience preferred
- BLS/CPR certification required
- Proficiency in EMR systems (Epic/Electronic Health Records)
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts (days, evenings, weekends)
- Strong attention to detail and multitasking ability
