Responsibilities
- Perform clinical duties including vital signs, injections, and EKGs
- Assist providers with patient examinations and procedures
- Manage electronic health records (EHR) systems accurately
- Prepare exam rooms and sterilize equipment
- Administer medications under provider supervision
- Coordinate patient flow and scheduling efficiently
- Provide patient education on treatment plans
Qualifications
- Accredited Medical Assistant program graduate or equivalent experience
- Current NCMA certification or willingness to obtain within 90 days
- BLS/CPR certification required
- Minimum 1 year clinical experience preferred
- Proficiency in EHR systems (Epic/Meditech)
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Strong attention to detail and multitasking ability
