Responsibilities
- Perform clinical assessments and vital sign measurements with precision
- Administer injections and medications per physician protocols
- Prepare and maintain examination rooms and medical equipment
- Document patient encounters accurately in EHR systems
- Assist providers during minor procedures and diagnostic tests
- Coordinate patient flow and optimize clinic efficiency
- Manage inventory and supply chain for clinical areas
Qualifications
- Active MA certification (CMA/RMA) or Pennsylvania Medical Assistant license
- 1+ years of clinical experience in ambulatory care
- Proficiency with EHR systems (Epic/NextGen preferred)
- Strong phlebotomy and EKG skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Flexibility to work day/evening/weekend shifts
- BLS certification required
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
