Responsibilities

  • Perform vital signs, EKGs, and basic laboratory tests accurately.
  • Greet patients and manage patient flow efficiently to minimize wait times.
  • Assist providers during examinations and minor procedures.
  • Update and maintain patient medical records in strict compliance with HIPAA regulations.
  • Prepare examination rooms, sterilize equipment, and ensure a clean environment.
  • Handle insurance verification and billing inquiries professionally.

Qualifications
