Responsibilities
- Assist physicians with clinical procedures and patient examinations
- Prepare and maintain examination rooms, instruments, and medical supplies
- Perform basic patient vitals and preliminary health assessments
- Manage electronic health records (EHR) and administrative documentation
- Coordinate patient flow and appointment scheduling
- Administer injections and medications under provider supervision
- Collect and process laboratory specimens
Qualifications
- No prior medical experience required - we provide comprehensive training!
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- CPR certification (provided during onboarding)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt to flexible shift schedules
- Basic computer proficiency with willingness to learn EHR systems
- Tennessee BLS certification (training provided)
