Responsibilities
- Conduct virtual patient intake and preliminary assessments
- Prepare and manage electronic health records (EHR) remotely
- Coordinate telehealth appointments and follow-ups
- Administer virtual medication reconciliation
- Facilitate secure patient communication portals
- Assist providers with remote clinical documentation
- Monitor patient vitals via connected devices
- Comply with HIPAA and telehealth regulations
Qualifications
- Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or Registered Medical Assistant (RMA)
- 2+ years clinical experience in ambulatory care
- Proficiency with EHR systems (Epic preferred)
- Strong telehealth platform knowledge
- BLS/CPR certification
- Exceptional written communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Boston residency required for occasional on-site visits
