Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in assigned clinical units (ER, ICU, Med-Surg, etc.)
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
- Monitor patient vital signs and document electronic health records
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop treatment plans
- Educate patients and families on health conditions and discharge protocols
- Adhere to JCAHO and facility-specific safety standards
- Participate in emergency response and code blue procedures
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Wisconsin (compact license accepted)
- BSN or associate degree in nursing
- Minimum 1 year acute care experience
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Strong assessment and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts including weekends
- EMR proficiency (Epic/Cerner preferred)
- Pass background and drug screening
