Responsibilities

  • Patient Intake & Triage: Greet patients warmly, verify insurance information, and accurately record patient history and vital signs.
  • Clinical Support: Assist physicians and nurse practitioners with examinations, procedures, and minor office surgeries.
  • Phlebotomy & Lab: Perform venipunctures, capillary draws, and EKGs with precision and adhere to all safety and infection control standards.
  • Administrative Management: Schedule appointments, process referrals, maintain electronic health records (EHR), and handle incoming calls with professionalism.
  • Medication & Treatment: Prepare and administer medications as directed by providers, ensuring accurate dosing and documentation.

Qualifications
