As a Medical Assistant, you will play a vital role in our clinic, ensuring smooth operations and delivering high-quality care to our diverse patient population.
Responsibilities
- Perform accurate patient intake, vitals, and medical histories.
- Assist physicians and nurse practitioners during examinations and procedures.
- Prepare examination rooms and sterilize medical instruments.
- Administer injections and perform basic lab tests (blood draws, urinalysis).
- Manage electronic health records (EHR) and maintain strict patient confidentiality.
- Provide exceptional customer service to patients and visitors.
Qualifications
- Certification as a CMA, RMA, or MA (Medial Assistant) preferred.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology and anatomy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced clinical setting.
