Responsibilities
- Perform clinical duties including vital signs, injections, and ECGs
- Assist physicians with examinations and minor procedures
- Manage patient medical records using EHR systems
- Schedule appointments and maintain efficient clinic flow

- Provide patient education on treatment plans
- Handle insurance verification and billing documentation
Qualifications
- Current Medical Assistant certification (CMA, RMA, or equivalent)
- Minimum 1 year clinical experience in ambulatory care
- Proficiency with EHR systems (Epic preferred)
- BLS/CPR certification required
- Strong knowledge of HIPAA and medical protocols
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
