- Perform vital sign measurements and basic diagnostic tests
- Manage electronic health records and patient scheduling systems
- Coordinate patient flow and communication between departments
- Administer injections and medications under physician supervision
- Maintain strict compliance with healthcare regulations and privacy laws
Qualifications
- Current Medical Assistant certification or equivalent UK qualification
- Minimum 1 year clinical experience in a healthcare setting
- Proficiency in EMR/EHR systems (e.g., SystmOne, EMIS)
- Strong knowledge of infection control protocols
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Full right to work in the UK
- CPR certification required
