Responsibilities
- Prepare patients for examinations and assist clinicians during procedures
- Administer medications and injections under provider supervision
- Perform vital signs measurements and ECGs
- Manage patient records using EMR systems
- Coordinate laboratory specimen collection and processing
- Assist with patient education and discharge planning
- Maintain clean and sterile examination environments
- Support inventory management of medical supplies
Qualifications
- Level 3 Diploma in Clinical Healthcare or equivalent
- Current CPR certification
- Minimum 1 year clinical experience in UK healthcare setting
- Strong knowledge of infection control protocols
- Proficiency in EMR systems (e.g., EMIS, SystmOne)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively under pressure
- Valid right to work in the UK
