Responsibilities
- Assist physicians with patient examinations and clinical procedures
- Perform vital sign measurements and ECG recordings
- Manage patient records using EMR systems (e.g., EMIS Web)
- Prepare examination rooms and sterilize medical equipment
- Administer injections and collect laboratory specimens
- Schedule appointments and handle administrative tasks
- Provide patient education on treatment plans
Qualifications
- Level 3 Diploma in Clinical Healthcare or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year clinical experience in UK healthcare setting
- Certification in phlebotomy and ECG procedures
- Proficiency with EMR systems (e.g., SystmOne, EMIS)
- Full GMC registration (if applicable)
- Strong knowledge of NHS protocols
- Excellent communication and multitasking skills
