Responsibilities
- Provide virtual patient support and triage services via telehealth platforms
- Assist in electronic health record (EHR) management and documentation
- Coordinate patient care plans and communicate with interdisciplinary teams
- Prepare and manage medical supplies and inventory remotely
- Conduct virtual patient education and health screenings
- Ensure HIPAA compliance in all digital communications
- Support administrative tasks including scheduling and billing assistance
Qualifications
- Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) required
- Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in a healthcare setting
- Proficiency with EHR systems (Epic or Cerner preferred)
- Strong telehealth platform experience (Zoom Health, Doxy.me, etc.)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in fast-paced environments
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) highly preferred
- Valid Texas state certification and BLS/CPR certification
