Responsibilities
- Perform clinical duties including vital signs, EKGs, injections, and wound care
- Assist providers with examinations and minor procedures
- Manage electronic health records (EHR) with precision and confidentiality
- Prepare and maintain examination rooms and medical supplies
- Handle patient intake, scheduling, and billing documentation
- Provide patient education on treatment plans and preventive care
- Coordinate with night-shift nursing and emergency response teams
Qualifications
- Active Medical Assistant certification (CMA/RMA/CMAA)
- Minimum 1 year clinical experience in a fast-paced setting
- BLS/CPR certification required (ACLS preferred)
- Proficiency in EHR systems (Epic/EMR experience preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities
- Washington State MA certification and phlebotomy skills
- Ability to work independently during overnight hours
