Responsibilities
- Perform vital signs, EKGs, and patient assessments during evening hours
- Assist providers with clinical procedures and medication administration
- Manage electronic health records (EHR) with precision and confidentiality
- Coordinate patient flow and ensure efficient clinic operations overnight
- Handle specimen collection and laboratory processing procedures
- Provide patient education on treatment plans and preventive care
- Maintain sterile exam environments and inventory control
Qualifications
- Active Medical Assistant certification (CMA, RMA, or NCMA)
- Minimum 1 year clinical experience in a medical setting
- BLS/CPR certification required
- Proficiency in EHR systems (Epic/EMR preferred)
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Flexibility to work 7pm-7am schedule with rotating weekends
