Key Responsibilities:
- Perform patient intake, vitals monitoring, and health history assessments.
- Assist providers with examinations and procedures during the night shift.
- Administer injections and perform venipuncture/phlebotomy as needed.
- Manage Electronic Medical Records (EMR) accurately and efficiently.
- Coordinate patient follow-ups and lab results.
- Maintain a clean and sterile environment in accordance with safety protocols.
Qualifications:
- Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) certification.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a clinical setting (preferred for night shift).
- Valid BLS (Basic Life Support) and CPR certification.
- Strong proficiency with EMR systems (Epic, Cerner, or Athenahealth).
- Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills and bedside manner.
