Key Responsibilities:
- Perform patient intake, obtain vital signs, and record medical histories accurately.
- Prepare examination rooms and medical instruments for provider use.
- Assist physicians and advanced practice providers with examinations and procedures.
- Administer medications and injections as prescribed, following strict protocols.
- Maintain and update Electronic Health Records (EHR) with precision and confidentiality.
- Provide exceptional customer service to patients and visitors during evening hours.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited Medical Assistant program.
- Certification as a CMA, RMA, NCMA, or equivalent experience required.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
- Strong computer skills and proficiency with EHR systems (Epic, Cerner, etc.).
- Excellent communication skills and a patient-centered approach to care.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently during the night shift.
