Responsibilities
- Provide virtual and in-person patient care support during night shifts
- Assist with telehealth consultations and electronic health record management
- Perform clinical procedures (vitals, injections, EKGs) under physician supervision
- Coordinate patient scheduling and follow-up communications
- Maintain strict HIPAA compliance and data security protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional healthcare teams
- Support emergency response protocols during night hours
Qualifications
- Current Colorado Medical Assistant certification (CMA/RMA)
- Minimum 1 year clinical experience
- BLS/CPR certification
- Proficient with EHR systems (Epic/EMR preferred)
- Strong telehealth platform experience
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently during remote shifts
- Flexibility to adjust schedule based on patient needs
