Responsibilities
- Perform accurate patient vitals and health assessments.
- Administer phlebotomy and EKGs as required.
- Assist providers with examinations and procedures.
- Manage patient intake, charting, and medical records.
- Prepare examination rooms and medical equipment.
- Communicate effectively with patients and staff.
Qualifications
- Certification as a CMA (Certified Medical Assistant) or RMA (Registered Medical Assistant) required.
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification from the American Heart Association required.
- Previous experience in a clinical setting preferred.
- Strong computer proficiency in EMR systems (Epic, Athenahealth).
- Ability to work independently during night shifts.
- Valid driver's license and current immunizations.
