Responsibilities
- Assist physicians during examinations and minor procedures
- Prepare patients for clinical visits and take vital signs
- Perform EKGs, phlebotomy, and basic lab tests
- Manage electronic health records and patient documentation
- Schedule appointments and handle patient communications
- Maintain clean, organized examination rooms and medical supplies
- Provide patient education on treatment plans and medications
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- CPR certification (will provide training if needed)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer proficiency with EMR systems
- Compassion for patients and commitment to care excellence
- Willingness to complete company-sponsored training program
