Responsibilities
- Assist physicians with clinical procedures and patient examinations
- Prepare patients for exams and take vital signs (blood pressure, temperature, weight)
- Administer injections and medications under physician supervision
- Perform EKGs, phlebotomy, and basic laboratory tests
- Maintain accurate electronic health records and documentation
- Sterilize equipment and ensure exam rooms are stocked
- Provide patient education on treatment plans and preventive care
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- No prior medical experience necessary – we provide paid training!
- Current CPR/BLS certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced clinical environment
- Attention to detail and commitment to patient confidentiality
- Passion for healthcare and willingness to learn medical protocols
