Responsibilities
- Provide remote patient support via telehealth platforms, including scheduling appointments and managing electronic health records
- Assist physicians with clinical documentation and data entry in HIPAA-compliant systems
- Conduct virtual patient intake and preliminary assessments
- Coordinate referrals and communicate with patients regarding test results and treatment plans
- Manage inventory of medical supplies and equipment ordering
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and maintain strict patient confidentiality
- Participate in continuous training to enhance clinical knowledge and remote work skills
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (no experience required)
