Responsibilities
- Assist physicians during patient examinations and procedures
- Prepare patients for examinations and collect vital signs
- Perform basic laboratory tests and specimen processing
- Manage patient records using EHR systems
- Administer medications under provider supervision
- Schedule appointments and maintain medical supplies
- Ensure HIPAA compliance and infection control protocols
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- No prior experience required (training provided)
- Basic computer proficiency for EHR systems
