Responsibilities
- Assist physicians with patient examinations and minor procedures
- Prepare and maintain examination rooms and medical equipment
- Accurately record patient vital signs and medical histories
- Administer injections and perform basic lab tests under supervision
- Schedule appointments and manage patient correspondence
- Maintain strict patient confidentiality and HIPAA compliance
- Support front desk operations as needed
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- No prior medical experience necessary
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn medical software
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Compassion and genuine interest in patient care
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- CPR certification required (will be provided if needed)
