Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient care in a fast-paced ICU setting
- Assess, monitor, and document patient conditions using advanced nursing skills
- Administer medications and treatments with precision and safety
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop individualized care plans
- Educate patients and families on health conditions and discharge protocols
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and evidence-based practice
- Maintain strict adherence to infection control and safety standards
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Florida (or compact license with intent to obtain FL license)
- BSN degree required (ADN candidates with 2+ years ICU experience considered)
- Minimum 2 years of ICU or critical care experience
- ACLS and BLS certifications required (CCRN preferred)
- Strong clinical skills in hemodynamic monitoring and ventilator management
- Excellent communication and critical thinking abilities
- Commitment to continuous professional development
