Responsibilities
- Assist physicians and nursing staff with patient examinations and procedures.
- Perform vital signs, phlebotomy, and basic EKG procedures under supervision.
- Greet patients warmly, manage check-in/check-out processes, and update electronic health records.
- Maintain a clean and organized examination room, sterilizing equipment as needed.
- Schedule patient appointments and handle incoming phone calls professionally.
- Administer medications and injections as directed by licensed providers.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is required; Medical Assistant certification is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong communication skills and a professional, friendly demeanor.
