Responsibilities
- Perform patient intake, vitals checks, and medical history reviews accurately.
- Assist providers during examinations and minor procedures.
- Prepare examination rooms and sterilize medical instruments.
- Manage front desk duties, including scheduling appointments and answering phone inquiries.
- Process insurance verifications and handle patient billing inquiries professionally.
- Maintain accurate and confidential patient records in the Electronic Health Records (EHR) system.
- Provide exceptional customer service to patients and visitors.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
